Corporate Holiday Parties

Holiday parties for 10 to 3,000 guests.

Tell us the date and roughly how many are coming. We'll take care of the food, the staff and everything in between, so you get to spend the night with your people.

What We Can Handle

Big or small, the same care.

A lunch for your team and a gala for a few thousand come out of the same kitchen, made by the same people. Bar, rentals, flowers, lighting and staff can all come with us, so you have one team to call.

From Inquiry To Event

Here's how it goes, start to finish.

01

You tell us about it

The date, about how many people, and where. It takes a couple of minutes, and you don't need to get on a call to get a price.

02

We put a plan together

A menu, staffing, rentals and timings, with one price for the whole evening. If anything isn't quite right, we'll change it.

03

You hold the date

Once the signed proposal and deposit are in, the date is yours.

04

We plan the details together

Allergies and dietary needs, the floor plan, the timings and your final numbers. You'll always know where things stand.

05

We take care of the night

We set up before anyone arrives, look after every guest, and clear it all away at the end.

What We Do In December

How we look after you.

From the first conversation about the menu to the photos you share in January.

Vision

We start by listening. Who's coming, where you'll be, what your team loved last year and what they didn't. The menu and the room grow out of that conversation.

  • A menu built around your guests
  • Seasonal dishes made with local ingredients
  • Allergies and dietary needs planned in from the start
  • The floor plan and the timeline for the night
  • Flowers, linens, lighting and rentals
  • One price, and one person to call with questions

Hospitality

On the night, we look after your guests like they're our own. If you need anything at all, someone is always close by.

  • Chefs cooking on site, so food comes out hot
  • Servers, bartenders and one lead who knows your plan
  • Our bar, or we'll happily work with yours
  • Everything set up before you arrive
  • At your office, your venue, or one we help you find
  • We clean up and leave the room as we found it

Memories

Ask us and we'll capture the night in photos and short videos, so the people who were there can relive it and the people who missed it can see what they missed.

  • Photos throughout the evening
  • Short videos to share with your team
  • Candid moments as well as the group shot
  • An edited gallery after the event
  • A short highlight film for next year's invite
  • Yours to use however you like

Before You Ask

Questions we hear every December.

Is it too late to book for December?

Probably not, though Friday and Saturday nights in mid-December go first. Send us your date and we'll tell you honestly what's still open.

What's the smallest and largest party you do?

Ten guests up to three thousand. A dinner for ten gets the same kitchen and the same care as a gala, just sized to the room.

Can you handle allergies for a big group?

Yes. Tell us early and we'll build the menu around them, so nobody gets handed a sad side salad while everyone else eats.

Do we need our own venue?

No. Lots of teams celebrate right in their own office. If you'd like to go somewhere else and don't have a place yet, we'll help you find one.

Can you work with our budget?

Tell us what you're working with and we'll be straight with you about what it covers. There's usually more than one way to put together a lovely evening.

How is it priced?

Per guest. It depends on the menu, the style of service, staffing and rentals, and it all comes together in one price for the evening, so there are no surprises later.

Hold Your Date

“There's just something about putting a smile on someone's face. It made me feel warm inside.” Pinky Cooper, founder

About two minutes. No obligation, and no call needed.
